Faith Marie's Submissions for the Month of May 2007!

Picture one is a small tree next to the local drug store. Purrty in pink. Picture two is the veteran's section at the local cemetary. FujiFinepix, early morning, normal settings.

This is a wonderful photograph of a cemetery decked out with little flags in honor of Memorial Day!

Faith Marie's June 2007 Submissions!

Three photos for submission this month. Photos one and two are taken at our local Farmer's Market in town. I've always loved the clock on the front of the building and the market has recently been renovated and the building has been cleaned, making the clock in the front really stand out. The single big clock in photo two is located at the rear of the market. It wouldn't let me pass without snapping it. The third submission is of Meowmie's favorite watch. Niklos human gave it to her for Christmas several years ago and now she doesn't wear a wristwatch, but takes this kitty watch along when ever she leaves home. Thankfully, the batteries are still going strong. In this photo, I did do a circle deformation with psp. I like the results. All pics taken with a Fuji Finepix.

Faity Marie's July 2007 Submissions!

I loved your virtual tour of the campus at Yale University. What a wonderful place to see. So many different styles and mixtures that each was unique to itself. You sure do get to visit some very special places, ole boy. You should give a gentle purr each day for following your humans home that day long ago. They turned you from pauper to prince. July Submissions. I've looked till my eyeballs hurt for something worthy of a picture from me but absolutely nothing I saw made my juices stir. I don't get our much:) Please accept these two for the month with my apologies for their blandness. Photo one is of roses following a rain shower. You can see the tiny droplets of water still on the blooms. Photo two is a close-up of a beautiful old church in town. I had to get almost on top of it to snap anything because so many lines and wires from city street poles kept getting in the way. The church actually has gargoyles on top of one of it's towers but the wires made it impossible to get a good shot. I settled on this foto because I like the contrasting materials and colors.
