November 2006 sumissions
My first seasonal foto is some red berries on a "pricker bush" near home which is covered with berries in November. My second foto is a bird house awaiting winter residents in a maple tree whose leaves have turned yellow.


December 2006 submissions

The first foto was taken per this month's suggestion. I stood close to a holly bush in the dark with flash on. I took a picture, took a step back, took another picture, and so on. This is the best of several. Pentax DSLR manually focused in the dark. My second foto is an odd sight in Connecticut, a Palm Tree. I was thinking perhaps the homeowner was selling his house, and wanted the neighbors to know he/she was moving to Florida! HP 315 full automatic.




Clarence got a new camera for Christmas and came over to show it to me. It is exactly like mine! So he went out into the backyard and got this picture of Guinevere, a friend of Shirley.


January 2007 submissions!

Here is the first of my January fotos. It is an old tree stump in a State Park that has been attacked by many a small creature. Fuji S5200 full automatic.



This is my second January entry for Fabulous Feline Fotographers. The assignment was to fotograph my Holiday present which was a camera. I used a mirror so my new Fuji S5200 Camera could take its self portrait. The image was taken in Automatic with a Timer so my paw would not appear in the frame. Touched up with PSP.
