Chevy's Photographs for November, 2007!

Once again I mimicking Clarence though this time it was unintentional. I'd like to submit a photo of some Japanese Red Maple leaves laying randomly on some bark mulch for November. I like how the smooth red leaves look against the rough brown bark mulch. It's a contrast in color, light vs. dark (shadows) as well as textural differences. I also thought that you and Clarence might be interested to see where I live as the same Japanese Red Maple is brilliant against the pale taupe of our townhouse. Both photos were taken with my old Canon PowerShot S30 which has numerous features that I've yet to explore!

Chevy's Photographs for December, 2007!

Meow Henri, This month's challenge was indeed a challenge. I have taken and discarded so many photographs. I have learned that my camera has many features but unfortunately, I have also learned that I have a lot more to learn about each one! I also learned more about Picasa, the photo editing software that I have and decided to use these for my submission. My favorite is the black & white.

Chevy's Photographs for January 2008!
