Binka's Before and After Photographs!

And here is Binka's submisions for February!

Before PSP.

After PSP.

Here is my Before and After altered photo, which I used the Chalk Effect in Paint Shop Pro to try to give an artistic feel to it. It is a photo of the Urbis museum of urban life, which is in Manchester city centre. I used the clone brush, also, to remove one of the lights that was shining through the middle of the fountain and which I thought was spoiling the altered photo. Binka

These are my attempts at using the Paint Shop Pro Effects! (Henri here!)

The above photos show the use of some of the more extreme effects one can use with the program.

Right, Jessie Cat's housemate came up with these photos which were altered with Adope Photoshop.

Binka's Photos for March!

Before

After
I thought that I would send another image that I have altered. This is a foto that I took some time ago, whilst wandering around the city centre, looking for an effect something like in Edward Hopper's "Nighthhawks". It is not a foto that I am very happy with, but I thought that I might try to improve it by using some digital effects on it. The altered image was obtained by using Paint Shop Pro and the "Collage" effect in Virtual Painter.

Binka's Photos for April!

The image that I sent for my April submission had some dandelions and daisies on it at first, which I didn't want on the photo, so I used the clone brush in Paint Shop Pro to remove them and replace them with a bit more grass. I am pretty sure that you and Clarence know how to use the clone tool, Henri, but for anyone who doesn't know, it can be very useful, and I just selected the clone brush in Paint Shop Pro, right clicked on a bit of grass that I wanted instead of a dandelion, then left clicked over the dandelion and painted over it until it disappeared and was replaced by the grass. It saved going around picking them out of the ground before I took the photo.
